23June08: Once again, the ships reunion has come and gone. Frank Craig and his better half Lisa did an excellent job of putting things together for us! The location could not have been better - we were located right on the river and could see the mist from the Falls! We walked to most things, even across the border, and it was great! Thank you again Frank and Lisa!
	There were twenty-six (26) registered for the reunion along with wives, girlfriends, children and grand-children. We had almost sixty (60) for the dinner on Saturday! The biggest showing for a particular rate goes to the BTs, followed by the Radio gang. The RMs from the early 80s really made the reunion hop. It was the first time they had seen each other since serving together and did they make up for lost time! We also had 5 DLG12 crew members that served together from '64 thru '66 in attendance and they really enjoyed getting re-acquainted! It was the board’s observation that everyone had a wonderful time together. There were so many things to do that no one could do them all, although Chuck’s daughters and son-in-law tried!
	Congratulations to our VP Randy McKnight, who was reelected to another term! The Dahlgren Board Members want to thank everyone who attended this year and look forward to not only seeing them again, but also those of you who have made it in the past and have not been able to make it back lately. We also want to encourage those of you who have not made it to a reunion yet to make it a point to attend. You will enjoy yourself! See you next year in Baltimore!
